About this position

The Sales Representative (Distributor) Upcountry is responsible for selling and promoting products, building relationships with distributors and clients, and managing sales activities in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote products to distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and work towards sales targets.
• Manage orders and ensure timely processing.
• Stay informed on products and industry trends.
• Provide customer support post-sales.
• Report on sales activities and market conditions.
• Collaborate with marketing for product promotion.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with distributors.
• Plan and manage sales activities in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in distribution or retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in other provinces.
