The R&D Supervisor is responsible for creating and launching new products, overseeing the product development process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategies align with market needs.
Responsibilities
• Create and launch new products.
• Overseeing the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on product strategies.
• Conducting market research to identify consumer trends and competitor analysis to inform product development decisions.
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of products post-launch, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Food science, food technology or any related field.
• at least 3-5 years experience in product development, preferably in a food industry.
• Proficiency in product development processes, project management tools, data analysis, and relevant software applications.
• Able to communication in English.
• Good at problem-solving with abilities to address challenges.
• Able to work in Samutsakorn Area.
• Able to work on Saturday (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์).
