About this position

Operator Offset Printing position at PT Mega Grafindo Indonesia requires a maximum age of 30 years with at least 1 year of experience in Offset Printing. The position is based in Bali and requires knowledge of offset printing processes, including Pre Press, Press, and Post Press.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heidelberg printing machine according to specified specifications.
• Ensure the printing machine is in ready condition and prepare before printing, including setting up raw materials, ink, and printing plates.
• Monitor print quality during production process and make adjustments if necessary.
• Ensure printed results meet established quality standards.
• Perform routine checks and light maintenance on the printing machine.
• Report any damage or technical issues to the maintenance team for further action.
• Supervise the use of raw materials during the printing process to avoid waste.
• Check raw materials before use to ensure quality and quantity.
• Create daily production reports and document printed results according to company procedures.
• Maintain records of raw material usage and production results.

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in Offset Printing.
• Understanding of offset printing processes, including Pre Press, Press, and Post Press.
• Based in Bali.
• Understanding of basic color printing theory.
• Familiarity with operating Heidelberg printing machines.
• Able to work in the field and independently or with a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Ms Office.
• Honest, disciplined, enjoys challenges, has a strong spirit, and a desire to learn.
• Willing to work with targets.
• Willing to work under pressure.
