This position communicates with customers to bring resolution to unpaid accounts, aiming to improve cash flow and minimize delinquency.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
• Works to improve cash flow, minimize delinquency, reduce Days Sales Outstanding, and limit bad debt exposure through customer interaction.
• Identifies and prioritizes issues impacting payment.
• Overcomes customer objections regarding payments.
• Assists customers in understanding account terms.
• Uses payment options and negotiation skills to arrange payments.
