About this position
Responsibilities
• You will start and end the UOB Management Associate Programme at the Home Division of your choice where you will receive the intensive training.
• Over these 18 months, you will also be rotated to other business divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business, such as customer engagement, business product & process, governance & controls, and in-country corporate projects.
• In each rotation, you will be given strategic projects that have significant impact for the bank and present it to our Senior Management.
Requirements
• A minimum Bachelor degree from a recognized local or overseas university.
• GPA > 3.30.
• Less than 2 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Drive and passion in banking.
• An impressive leadership and teamwork abilities.
