About this position

The UOB Management Associate Programme 2025 is a twenty-four-month learning track aimed at early career talent aspiring to leadership and regional roles across various UOB business segments and subsidiaries in multiple countries.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor - Master’s Degree in any field.
• Less than 2 years of working experience.
• Demonstrated leadership track record in school and/or at work.
• Ability to reason and analyze situations and problems to identify key issues.
• Agile and adapt easily to new challenges, environments, situations.
• Learn and retain/apply new concepts with business acumen and savvy.
• Communicate and influence effectively.
• Mature and confident in handling challenges.
• Fluency in English.
