About this position

The Technology and Operations Management Office Analyst Manager will provide essential support to the Head of Technology and Operations Management Office by assisting in the planning and execution of operational strategies. This role involves coordinating various initiatives to enhance productivity, supporting the development and maintenance of productivity dashboards, and assisting with capacity planning activities, expenses management, cross-department collaboration of initiatives, and working on key projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization and facilitation of productivity improvement programs and workshops.
• Collect and analyze productivity data, providing insights to the Head of Operations Management Office.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance operational productivity.
• Ensure accurate data entry and analysis to support productivity metrics.
• Regularly update the productivity dashboard and prepare reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth strategy implementation.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates on strategic initiatives.
• Develop strategy plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations Management Office.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
• Support the development and training of the operations management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations support, project management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in capacity planning and budget management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
