About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for checking correctness and releasing of funds transfer instruction on limit assigned to ensure all transactions are process correctly on time and maintain high service standard
• Ensure that customer instruction via Fax /E-mail performed with bank guideline with call back verification process via voice recorder and registration logged
• To manage personal and processing with high efficiency
• Control and delegate tasks to the right person with high efficiency
• Solve the problem and decision for tasks processing
• Update REM and related procedure
• UAT system for new product
• Customer satisfaction such as advisory and solve the problem etc.
• Support and promote staff to career progress and evaluate for promotion, salary and bonus. Report the results to Management for make decision.
• Sign the documents within Department.
• Training staff in tasks processing and other relevant.
• Building staff to feel good attitude with tasks and organization.
• Follow up and report staff operation and problem to Management.
• Assists Head of Remittance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Master or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant.
• 5 – 8 years working experience in funds transfer services area or related fields with good knowledge of most phases of SWIFT
• Good knowledge of Exchange Control Law, Bank of Thailand regulation , AMLO etc
• Good English communication
