About this position

The Manager - AVP, Loan Account Service is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of credit lines for term loans and various loan transactions across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and providing support to business banking and corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Check and approved Credit Line Implementation and Maintenance for term loan and all Loan Transactions in Multi Currency Loan System (MCL), Recovery Account System (RAS), Leasing system, Factoring, Bad Loan System (BLS) and other systems
• To manage Credit Line Implementation and Maintenance for term loan and all Loan Transactions in Multi Currency Loan System (MCL) and other systems. To provide timely and effective operations support to Business Banking, Commercial & Corporate Customers and ensure that the following guidelines are complied with Procedures, Operational Risk Assessment, Service Level Agreement (SLA), Other internal policies guidelines within System Authorized Limit
• To design and review work processes and procedures checking for Commercial Loan and Corporate Loan are efficiency and implement internal controls to minimize/eliminate operational risks
• To participate in project endeavors undertaken by the Wholesale Loan Operations Center (WLOC)
• Coach staffs in Team to perform loan transactions in respective system (MCL, RAS, SAP, AIM, BLS RBK, BCO)
• To handle the administrative requirements for the Team, including budgets

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in Loan operation products
• Good working knowledge of the Loan operation products, process workflows and operations procedures, including all relevant operations systems
• Able to used Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• English proficiency.
• Good integrity, responsible, reliable, and conscientious.
• Able to work and think under pressure.
• Able to guide the junior staff effectively in daily loan operation.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
