About this position
The Card Solutions Staff position at UOB involves managing financial investigations and chargeback processes related to credit and debit cardholder disputes, ensuring efficient resolution and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
• Chargeback Analyst is responsible for financial investigation, and control in efficient of Credit/Debit Cardholder’s dispute process
• Submitting/reviewing the customer dispute cases to opposite banks based on Visa, MasterCard, National ITMX’s dispute regulation for end to end of dispute processing
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Analyst of the data for performance business analytics and able to create actionable reporting to control in efficient and accurate chargeback processing of all steps
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences with financial institutions in area of Card or Merchant Chargeback / Dispute or relevant experiences
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Arts or related areas
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Knowledge on Visa and MasterCard’s Dispute Regulation and other relevant laws/regulations in which involved in Customer Dispute Consumers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and computer literacy
