About this position

To manage / check all credit facility limit, interest rate, credit term / condition and collateral data processing in LES, MCL, FITAS, CCRS, RBK, BWCIF and CDMS to provide timely and effective operations support to Business Banking, Commercial, Corporate & SAM Customers and ensure that the following guidelines are complied with Credit Policy, Valuation Policy, CDL Guidelines, KRCSA, Service Level Agreement(SLA), Other internal policies guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage/check and ensure the correctness of creating new customers and maintain credit facility limit, interest rate, expiry date, terms & conditions of credit facility limit in FITAS, LES, MCL, CCRS, RBK.
• Manage/check pledge and release pledge of deposit as collateral transaction.
• Manage and approved BCA registration as collateral in DBD system, check and ensure the correctness of CTO Code in BWCIF.
• Check total loan outstanding before collateral redemption and cancel credit limit.
• Manage/check & approve all Collateral Data processing in CDMS.
• Manage/check and ensure that all collateral data reports for providing to related parties.
• Check and ensure that all exception report and undrawn limit reconciliation to be cleared by daily basis.
• Review and ensure work processes and procedures of team are efficiency and support head for the internal controls to minimize /eliminate operational risks.
• Work actively to meet SLA turnaround time for daily processes, Inform Section Head promptly of any unusual or exceptional activities.
• Monitor for the Section’s budgets and financial costs.
• Ensure all operations comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Review and resolve any issues in transaction authorizations.
• Ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk controls.
• Manage projects within the Credit Administration and Control (CAC) area, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget.
• Suggest and implement improvements for increased productivity.
• Ensure quality service is provided to customers.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently and to customer satisfaction.
• Use feedback to improve service.
• Manage resources and ensure workload balance.
• Ensure fair performance appraisals and support staff training needs.
• Coach and guide staff for continuous improvement.
• Communicate bank goals, policies, and updates to the team.
• Regularly hold meetings to discuss staff feedback and process improvements.
• Maintain an environment conducive to sharing information.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years experience in credit administration, credit operation or credit control field from financial institution.
• Good working knowledge of the Bank’s loan products and collateral types, process work flows and operations procedures, including all relevant operations systems.
• Highly honesty, integrity, responsible, reliable and competence.
• Knowledge of Bank Credit Product and Collateral Type.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
