Senior Brand Manager / Category Manager
About this position
The Senior Brand Manager / Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product portfolios, and driving business growth through innovative marketing campaigns and consumer insights.
Responsibilities
• Brand Management / Brand Strategy. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market penetration and brand equity. Monitor brand performance and market trends, making strategic adjustments as needed. Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
• Drive NPD and initiation to expand user base and strengthen portfolio.
• Managing commercial plan for domestic and international market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop commercial strategies aligned with business objectives, Develop pricing strategies promotional plans and distribution strategies for various markets.
• Portfolio Management : Analyze the product portfolio and recommend adjustments to optimize market presence and profitability, Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, line extensions or product discontinuations based on market insights.
• New Product Development : Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop and launch new products that meet consumer needs and market trends, conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
• Communication Campaigns : Create and oversee integrated marketing communication campaigns that resonate with target audience and drive brand awareness. collaborate with creative teams, agencies and media partners to execute impactful campaigns.
• Consumer Insight : Utilize consumer research and data analysis to understand consumer preference, behaviors, and needs. Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies that inform product development and marketing initiatives.
• Marketing Synergy and Execution : Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets. Foster strong collaboration between regional teams to align on brand messaging and strategies.
• Creative Ideation : Generate innovative and creative ideas that differentiate the brand and resonate with diverse audience. Encourage a culture of creativity within the marketing team.
• Business Growth : Drive business growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience 5 years up in brand management and marketing, preferably in a global context.
• Experience in new product development, from ideation to launch.
• Experience working with diverse cultures and markets, including and understanding of international consumer preferences.
• Strong track record of successfully managing brands and delivering measurable business results.
• Proficiency in market analysis, consumer research and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
