About this position

The Research and Innovation Supervisor is responsible for conducting independent research projects aimed at product development and innovation within the beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research projects for product development and innovation.
• Manage the scheduling, prioritization and completion of test plans.
• Advance input materials for assigned product category to ensure that adequate resources.
• To conduct shelf life study and trial run.
• Work all above timely with cross functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years in Beverage Industry or Beverage Business.
• Knowledge of Food Regulation, GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, BRS, IFS.
