About this position

The Export Sales Executive / Assistant Manager / Export Sales Manager is responsible for managing export sales and distribution, building client relationships, and driving business development in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Manage export sales and distribution in assigned area in order to assure value and volume targets are met.
• Build, develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients to ensure business in progress.
• Communicate with distributors to implement marketing activities, monitoring and preparing market sales analysis reports.
• Working closely with key distributors for business development, promotional and marketing activities and discuss the results in order to drive performance.
• Giving feedback on any complaints from customers and take actions with proper manners.
• Travelling throughout overseas to join exhibition, conduct market surveys and generate updates sales reports.
• Handle issue of packing design & convey customers' requirement to supplier and in return.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments for related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field.
• More than 5 years experience in International sales (FMCG, Food & Beverage). More than 3 years experiences in managing distributors in foreign countries (FMCG, Food & Beverage).
• Must be well versed in English. Be able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
• Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Good problem solving skills and creative approach for new ideas.
• Creative thinking and positive attitude. ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, can do attitude, highly self-motivated, result oriented, detail oriented and self driven.
