About this position

The Supply Chain Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the supply chain management framework, developing strategies to support business growth, and managing procurement, subcontracting, warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Supply Chain Management framework, process, plan and initiatives.
• Develop Supply Chain Strategy in order to support business growth, overall cost optimization, and company’s cash flow management.
• Purchasing Management.
• Subcontractor Management.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management.
• Logistics Management.
• Oversee Procurement function to ensure best strategy & effectiveness.
• Oversee sourcing, negotiation and development of approved suppliers/vendors list to ensure quality, availability and reliability of all procurement needs.
• Collaborate with all user groups in evaluating various procurement options to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability of projects.
• Oversee Supplier/Vendor performance management to ensure adherence to contractual obligation, regular review of services level agreement (on-time and complete deliveries) and vendor responsiveness.
• Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
• Oversee Subcontracting function to ensure best strategy and effectiveness which include spend analysis, cost modeling, sourcing planning and category management activities.
• Oversee sourcing, negotiation and development of approved subcontractor list to ensure quality, availability and reliability of all subcontracting needs.
• Collaborate with all user groups in evaluating various subcontracting options to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability of projects.
• Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management function in order to optimize our inventory level and working capital.
• Streamline inventory processes and system to create efficiency, cost effectiveness and reduce non-value-added work.
• Collaborate with all user groups in optimizing inventory level to ensure optimized service level agreement which is a tradeoff between availability of inventory items and inventory holding cost (including obsolescence cost).
• Ensure good service level for warehouse operations to support uninterrupted operations.
• Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
• Oversee Logistics operations to ensure that transportation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance of materials and equipment to support operations are safe, on-schedule, efficient, and cost effective.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure full compliance with related law & regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance, particularly on lead-time, as well as business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, with equivalent work experience in supply chain management and MRO production materials.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a supply chain management or MRO management.
• Experience in strategies planning.
