Marketing Officer (Support Expat Customer)
About this position
The Marketing Officer (Support Expat Customer) is responsible for managing client relationships, maintaining databases, and coordinating marketing efforts to support the company's objectives.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining a list of Ship Owner, Manager, and Operator in order to obtain enquiries and respond quickly thereto.
• Compiling and maintaining database of all client information / history both locally and internationally.
• Manage and control all documentations, subscription magazines and printed matter in relation to marketing function.
• Coordinate between UTSE and clients.
• Responsible for all matters concerning Marketing.
• Make necessary job arrangements / appointments in the absence of Marketing Manager.
• Perform other duties related to marketing matters as required from time to time.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in related field.
• At least 1 years’ experience in Marketing or related field.
• Solve complex problem with “Can-do” attitude.
• Bring the team together by effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Listen and understand what is important to customer and immediately respond to customer’s critical requirement.
• Being role model for others that you always strive to improve and keep doing better every time.
• Get beyond familiar ideas and know what problem to solve first.
• Daring to be different and sticking with difficulty.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Must be familiar to MS Excel, MS Word.
• Good written & spoken English.
