About this position

The position is for a UIH - Technical Call / Call Center role, welcoming new graduates with English skills to assist international customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from international customers, reporting incidents in English - Thai by email, phone, and social media
• Respond the emails in both Thai and English by email, phone, and social media
• Follow up on progress and reporting results to customers in both Thai and English by email, phone, and social media
• Responsible for issue explanatory documents to customers in both Thai and English/retrieve traffic reports
• Support customer requires in English such as assist the conference team/join as a representative in meetings/translating documents
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Arts majoring in English or any related filed
• Proficiency of writing, speaking and listening in English (TOEIC 550)
• Able to work as a shift & OT
• Work 5-day, 2 day-off per week
