About this position
As a Business Development Manager (Hardware Solutions and Services) at UIH, your primary mission will be to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across a range of leading hardware platforms, including Apple, Microsoft, Google, and other hardware ecosystems. This role focuses on business development for the enterprise and education segments and requires a unique blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and project management expertise.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on expanding UIH's market presence in hardware solutions and services for enterprise and education segments.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, positioning UIH as a strategic partner for their hardware transformation needs.
• Engage in consultative sales conversations to uncover client pain points, assess their current technology landscape, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Articulate the unique value proposition of UIH's hardware solutions and services, highlighting our expertise, experience, and commitment to client success.
• Design end-to-end hardware solutions that combine products and services from leading platforms (e.g., Apple, Microsoft, Google, and other hardware providers) to deliver maximum value to clients.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of hardware solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Manage large-scale operation projects of hardware delivery and logistics, coordinating closely with distributors and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate and manage project resources effectively, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for both hardware solutions and UIH's associated services.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the hardware solutions and services landscape.
• Work closely with UIH's technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the hardware solutions and services landscape.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
