About this position

As a Google Solutions Engineer at UIH, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive technology solutions. These solutions will encompass various Google technologies, including collaboration tools, cloud infrastructure, and location-based services. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions that leverage these technologies.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to assess their IT infrastructure, location-based requirements, and business goals. Design tailored solutions that integrate Google technologies (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and other Google related) to optimize their operations.
• Implementation: Configure, deploy, and manage technology services and components. Ensure these solutions are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
• Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues related to technology services and solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, including system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
• Training: Train clients' IT teams on the proper use and management of technology services.
• Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest developments in technology trends and emerging Google technologies. Recommend improvements and optimizations to clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant Google certifications in digital workspace, data AI, cloud computing and IT solutions such as:
• Professional Google Workspace Administrator Certification
• Google Workspace Deployment
• Professional ChromeOS Administrator Certification
• Associate Cloud Engineer Certification and related)
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, collaboration tools, infrastructure, and location-based services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
