Business Development (Microsoft Solutions and Services)
About this position
As a Business Development Manager for Microsoft Solutions and Services at UIH, your primary mission will be to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across a range of leading software and cloud platforms, including Microsoft, Google, and others. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and project management expertise.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on expanding UIH's market presence in digital solutions and services across multiple platforms.
• Client-Centric Approach: Build and nurture strong client relationships, positioning UIH as a strategic partner for their digital transformation needs.
• Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative sales conversations to uncover client pain points, assess their current technology landscape, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions that combine products and services from leading platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce) to deliver maximum value to clients.
• Project Management: Lead and oversee the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate and manage project resources effectively, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communication: Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience.
• Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for both software/cloud solutions and UIH's associated services.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with UIH's technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital solutions and services landscape.
• Value Proposition: Articulate the unique value proposition of UIH's digital solutions and services, highlighting our expertise, experience, and commitment to client success.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Proven track record of success in selling technology solutions and services, preferably with a focus on cloud-based platforms, and experience in project management.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various software and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Docusign, Zoho) and the ability to translate tech.
