Business Development (Google Solutions)
About this position
As a Business Development Manager for Google Solutions at UIH, you will be instrumental in driving our growth in the Google solutions market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate business opportunities related to Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and other Google technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored Google solutions, enabling them to unlock the full potential of these technologies.
Responsibilities
• Business Strategy: Develop and implement a robust business development strategy to expand our Google solutions portfolio and market share.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their Google technology needs and providing customized solutions.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with Google and related technology providers to establish strategic partnerships and enhance our product offerings.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales of Google solutions, meet and exceed sales targets, and explore new markets and customer segments.
• Enable Sales Team: Provide guidance and support to our existing sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell hardware solutions.
• Marketing Channels: Develop and implement marketing strategies and channels to promote our hardware solutions, including digital marketing, campaigns, and events.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Google technologies and product offerings, becoming an expert in Google Workspace and Google Cloud.
• Proposal and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our Google solutions to clients.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both UIH and our clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on Google solutions.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and other Google technologies.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients and partners at various levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
