About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้มีหน้าที่ในการผลักดันงานขาย Service ของ UIH ให้กับลูกค้า โดยทำงานร่วมกับ Sale และ Presale เพื่อออกแบบและนำเสนอ Solution ที่เหมาะสม รวมถึงการบริหาร Stock และติดตามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการทางด้าน network.

Responsibilities

• ผลักดันงานขาย Service ต่างๆของ UIH ให้กับลูกค้า
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Sale และ Presale ในการออกแบบและนำเสนอ Solution ที่เหมาะสมกับ ลูกค้าแต่ละราย
• กำหนด Standard การให้บริการ Flow การทำงาน และ standard อุปกรณ์ ในการให้บริการกับลูกค้า
• บริหาร Stock ให้สามารถให้บริการได้อย่างเหมาะสม
• ติดตามและหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการทางด้าน network และ Solution เพื่อคิดและจัดหาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการใหม่ๆ เพื่อให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าของบริษัทฯ
• POC solution เพื่อกำหนดเป็น standard ในการให้บริการ
• POC solution ร่วมกับ presale เพื่อหา solution ในการ support ลูกค้าแต่ละราย
• ประสานงานกับ Vendor เรื่อง technical and commercial เพื่อ support การนำเสนองานต่างๆ

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ทางด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ทางด้าน โทรคมนาคม ไฟฟ้า หรือ คอมพิวเตอร์
• มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ เพื่อสร้างโซลูชั่นและให้บริการเพื่อตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของลูกค้า
• มีทักษะในการนำเสนองาน ให้กับลูกค้าได้
• มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานและการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า เพื่อสามารถนำส่งบริการที่เหมาะสมให้กับทางลูกค้าได้ทันเวลา
• ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ sale presale ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีความเข้าใจภาพรวมของการให้บริการทั้งทางด้าน product และ commercial (สภาวะตลาดของบริการนั้น, การแข่งขัน, ข้อมูลคู่แข่ง, โครงสร้างต้นทุนและราคา)
• มีความรู้ ความสามารถทางด้าน IP Service, Routing Protocol, Security , SDH , DWDM ,MPLS , Wi-Fi, IoT , smart office , smart hotel , VOIP ,CCTV , 5G , Cloud Computing
• มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการคอนฟิก อุปกรณ์โครงข่ายเช่น Router, Switch, Firewall, SDWAN
• มี Certificate ทางด้าน network จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
