Today the company has a total of more than 2,400 UNIQLO stores across the world, including Japan, Asia, Europe, and North America. The total number of stores across Fast Retailing's brands is now close to 3,600.

About this position

UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition professional to join their Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Performance Marketing, Traffic/User Acquisition, and experience in the e-commerce or tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the company's overall traffic and App user acquisition strategy.
• Plays an active role in the formulation of the online and offline business’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
• Build and manage performance marketing campaigns according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
• Analyze performance metrics for the full customer journey, from ad exposure to landing page, engagement, and conversions across all available platforms and stores.
• Bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of short and long-term goals and the business’s KPIs.
• Works closely with the e-commerce and store operation department in order to ensure that there is a shared goal of improving marketing program and campaign performance and in revenue targets for the business.
• Works collaboratively with global digital marketing team, global e-commerce team, and other local divisions to achieve target set.
• Plays a major analytical role in the marketing department by keeping track and ensuring accuracy of the tracking, data analysis, and testing consumer acquisition channels.
• Stay up to date with latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or any related field
• Good command of English and Thai
• Proven minimum 2 years working experience in area of performance marketing, traffic & App acquisition. (Good track records in tech or e-commerce and O2O will be a plus.)
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill, hands-on, result-driven, process oriented with logical thinking
• Ability to work together with global team, other departments and agencies
• Be enthusiastic, open-minded with willingness to learn new things
• Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently and manage your time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of a fast-paced e-commerce business
