Today the company has a total of more than 2,400 UNIQLO stores across the world, including Japan, Asia, Europe, and North America. The total number of stores across Fast Retailing's brands is now close to 3,600.

About this position

Logistics Officer at UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. responsible for import and custom clearance, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Thailand import regulation and custom clearance processes and can analyzes issues, provides proper action, and implement solution timely basis
• Manage the import and export (mainly import) clearance experience in wide range of products
• Assist in the preparation of import and export documentation for audits and compliance check
• Prepare and review custom documents, checking HS code/ Origin criteria on FTA
• Coordinate with the warehouse and forwarder to arrange transportation and track shipment
• Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accuracy and timely payment of import duties, taxes, and freight charges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
• Having at least 3 years experience in forwarding company or custom clearance field
• Having working experience in duty payment and import cost payment
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with business partner
• Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
• Be enthusiastic, open-minded with willingness to learn new things and changes
• Availability to travel all over Thailand when required
• Good command both Thai and English (Listening, Speaking, Writing & Reading)
• Good command of computer literacy especially Microsoft Office
