Today the company has a total of more than 2,400 UNIQLO stores across the world, including Japan, Asia, Europe, and North America. The total number of stores across Fast Retailing's brands is now close to 3,600.

About this position

The IT Assistant Manager - System development & Integration at UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will demonstrate strong leadership, IT project management experience, and retail IT system expertise to analyze business problems, design operational processes, implement solutions, and empower the organization to meet short-term and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges to identify areas needing improvement and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with business users to analyze and gather business requirements and implement new processes
• Identify and design business processes for automation
• Set up, test, and monitor automated workflows for optimal efficiency
• Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation and resolve any issues
• Produce process documentation to refine processes going forward
• Summarize business requirements for IT system requirements
• Provide IT solutions and implement new business processes for regional impact
• Analyze and identify business needs by collaborating with local and global teams
• Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills
• Anticipate opportunities and company needs
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and vendors
• Provide status and progress reports to management
• Resolve incidents promptly to meet departmental goals
• Stay updated on IT technology for customer service and business value
• Work with external vendors and partners for deliverables and support incidents
• Plan and arrange preventive maintenance for IT devices during peak season

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent major
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Software Project Manager
• Experience in Point of Sales and Payment systems
• Experience in Automation tools like UiPath, Google Apps Scripts, Google AppSheet, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps
• Preference for candidates with multinational work experience
• Business level communication in English and Thai
• Working experience in Global Organization/Projects
• Regional travel required
