Today the company has a total of more than 2,400 UNIQLO stores across the world, including Japan, Asia, Europe, and North America. The total number of stores across Fast Retailing's brands is now close to 3,600.

About this position

The IT Assistant Manager – System development & Integration at UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will demonstrate strong leadership and IT project management experience, utilizing people skills and project management skills to analyze business problems, design operational processes, implement solutions, and empower the organization to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges to identify the areas needs to be improved, providing effective solutions and lead should collaborate with the respective business users to analyze and put together the business requirements as well as implement new processes to drive business impact¸ knowledge article for sustainable operations.
• Identifying and designing business processes for automation.
• Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
• Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Producing process documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward.
• Summarizing business requirement to create IT system requirement for collaborating with headquarter development members.
• Provide IT solution and implement new business processes to drive impact for the regional business and analyzing and identifying business needs by collaborating with local leadership, business team members and global IT team.
• Be a problem solver and demonstrate a high level of analytical skills to identify problems in advance, foresee potential risks, and come up with solutions/recommendations.
• Always think a few steps ahead, anticipating opportunities and Company’s needs.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, business partners and vendors.
• Provide weekly status and progress report to management team.
• Provide effective resolution to incidents promptly to meet departmental goals.
• Stay abreast of IT technology to enable excellence in customer service and business value delivery.
• Work closely with external vendors & business partners to quality / timely in deliverables for store support incidents and any assigned project.
• Plan and arrange for necessary preventive maintenance during peak season, ensuring all IT devices including point of sales, store server, network devices, portable handheld in stores are traceable and tracked.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent major.
• Having minimum 2 years of experience as Software Project Manager.
• Experience in Point of Sales system, Payment systems is must.
• Experience in Automation tools, such as UiPath, Google Apps Scripts, Google AppSheet, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps.
• Preference for candidates with multinational work experience.
• Business level communication in English and Thai.
• Working experience in Global Organization/ Projects.
• Regional travel is required.
