Today the company has a total of more than 2,400 UNIQLO stores across the world, including Japan, Asia, Europe, and North America. The total number of stores across Fast Retailing's brands is now close to 3,600.

About this position

UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a HR Compensation to enhance Compensation and Benefits scheme, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for overall compensation; payroll (both monthly & hourly payments), annual performance bonus including other allowances and other cash rewards. This is the compensations for local employees in corporate and operational side.
• Ensure that all compensations are consistently operated in compliance with local legislation.
• Conduct and supervise junior members to weekly, monthly time sheet to support business requirement including to work with Global Labor Management Team to monitor the employee working hour.
• Be responsible for overall HR information system including employee’s personal data maintenance. Be familiar with HR system, Time Attendance, Databases management so that produce HR reports in accordance with business requirement and business improvement. Participate in the weekly, monthly meeting with global HRIS team and join some global projects as assigned.
• Support and correspond to external & internal parties’ inquiries and requirement of analysis report of compensations such as local & global audit team, labor department, and other internal business stakeholders.
• Supervise and monitor outsourcing members to manage General Affairs and Office Management including support to manager as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Human Resources or related field
• Having at least 3 - 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Compensation
• Good knowledge of labor law and regulation as linked to compensations
• Having knowledge of Global HRIS system such as Workday system and WFS system would be benefitable
• Strong analytical and ability to interpret and communicate date
• Fast execution, proactive, open-minded and adapting to change and flexible
• Strong teamwork, ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
• Good command of computer proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good command of both written and oral in Thai and English
