• Work as business partner with client department leaders and users to analyze business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions, then drive to deliver the agreed solution.
• Lead and execute IT projects with global IT team, full commitment making operationally established condition.
• Daily monitoring and control the entire E-commerce system and Distribution center (warehouse) system ensure all interfaces are processed successfully.
• Report and escalate issues that encountered, perform level 2 troubleshooting and provide quick resolution.
• Standby during sales peak and prepare preventive action plan.
• Provide ad-hoc data extraction and reports according to business request.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent major.
• Having minimum 2 years of experience of Web system development/support experience.
• Having minimum 3 years of experience in Retail business, as IT area and experience with E-Commerce System, OMS, WMS, payment gateway systems is preferred.
• Able to solve complex problems with process improvement and system enhancement to achieve business goals.
• Preference for candidates with multinational work experience.
• Business level communication in English and Thai.
• Working experience in Global Organization/ Projects.
• Domestic/Regional travel is required.
