About this position

Unilever is currently hiring for a SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Specialist based in Minburi Factory, Ladkrabang Industrial Estate, focusing on ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Plant’s safety management are all complies with Thai law and all standards.
• Implement safety work plans, actives following strategic safety program.
• Complete risk assessment program, risk review, implement control measure,s and develop recommendations for addressing the issue.
• Provide safety training program and management training to ensure that employee, contractors, and suppliers understand the safety and environment regulations.
• Conducting safety inspection/observations to ensure unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions are detected and corrected and set plan for reducing risk.
• Coordinating with the department/persons concerned to maintain safety program.
• Implement plant emergency plans and response activity.
• Monitor safety activities for new project/initiative programs and executed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 3-5 years working experience in Occupational Health Safety field.
• Able to motivate and communicate in Occupational Health Safety program.
• Good command of English.
• Positive attitude and cooperativeness.
