About this position

The PMO Separation Manager will lead the Minburi, Thailand separation as part of Unilever's Project Verdi, which focuses on the Ice Cream separation expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the physical Minburi separation between Unilever and Ice Cream in terms of costs, timing and contractual agreements between the two parties.
• Overview Physical separation in terms of scope, costs, timing and handover.
• Ensure collaboration across both leadership teams and manage escalation relating the separation with internal teams, project teams and legal teams.
• Design required contract separation plan and service agreement plans for both parties.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts for service agreements is according to the local legal requirements and other regulatory requirements.
• Elaborate and execute communication plans.
• Escalate key issues and potential risks accordingly.
• Generate a way of working plan for both organisations, communicate and execute accordingly for the transition period.

Requirements

• Procurement Sourcing Strategy, supplier analysis and negotiations.
• Supply Chain and Value Chain Understanding.
• Stakeholder Management.
• 10 years business experience of which a min. should be 7 years in different Supply Chain functions.
• Strong Analytical, Interpretation and Communication skills: data/information analysis and presentation.
• Proficiency in English and further languages are welcome.
• Change management and project management experience.
• Experience in working in a virtual team and managing stakeholders.
