About this position
Responsibilities
Market Quality Operation
• Focus on setting the Quality Targets and specifying necessary operational processes and related resources to fulfill the quality Targets.
• Actively join in new / modified product or process for ensuring 100% First Time Right Quality, trial run and 1st production and support in new method verification/validation for physical and chemical testing.
• Ensure all our products comply with both local Regulatory and all Unilever policy requirements including Artwork approval process for Import product.
• Adherence and cooperate with Thai MSO and Indochina team for inter sourcing Quality intercompany agreement with regarding to company policy and legality including to ensure that quality and consumer safety is fulfilled regarding quality objectives and specifying.
• Co-ordinate to relevant function for Customer/consumer complaint received which need to be ensure and investigate both warehouse and logistic part if related. In case of the failure related to the supply chain and logistic process, need to be lead of improvement.
• Co-ordinate and anticipate on Customer return/reject which require MQO to perform pre-liminary inspection before managing stock disposition and co-ordinate to relevant function for further investigation.
• To ensure product quality in the Market including set up quality and consumer safety for distributors or business partners.
• Implement and run quality campaigns in go to market (if needed).
• Handling budget and manage department cost due to the organization activities.
Warehouse & Transport & 3PL Quality Management
• Implement the recommendations in Unilever's codes of practice for MP, Copacker and Warehouse and transportation such as the Hygienic and specific GMP.
• Implement and develop consumer and customer complaint handling procedure and computerize system of reporting and ensuring corrective and preventive action of complaint and non-conformances are effective.
• Co-operate with concern function to product status in SAP/WMS system.
• Co-ordination of activities to direct and control for local sourcing Third Party Manufacturers with regard to quality and consumer safety includes:
• Quality planning focused on setting Quality objectives and specifying necessary operational processes and related resources to fulfill the quality objectives.
• Quality Control focused on inspection, detection and testing process.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience in quality management or related field.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in quality management systems and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
