About this position

Unilever is currently hiring for the position of Ice Cream Brand Manager based in Bangkok. This role is crucial for developing and implementing strategies to promote brand growth and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead breakthrough innovation development to address portfolio gaps and address opportunities in new channel. Source for new and exciting format in partnership with CMs
• Lead overall Brand Campaigns, coordinate and guide external media and creative agencies in creating new campaigns for local activations, and deployment mixes – ranging from purpose communications, traditional activations
• Lead internal cross-functional team in the operations supporting the launches of projects and activations
• Brand Custodian: Managing the local marketing mix (Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotions)
• Executions Lead for brand campaigns and innovations to drive business growth
• Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Processes from activity and demand planning to sales monitoring and analysis
• Brand Health, Consumer and Retail Data Analysis
• Delivering Business Results – topline and bottom line: manage A&P and demonstrate understanding on innovation business case to deliver profitable and sustainable model

Requirements

Experience & Qualification:
• 3 - 4 years experience in marketing
• Experience in snacking category is preferred
• Experience in innovation development and project management
• Experience in end to end marketing mix development

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies
• Experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders - both internal and external partners
• Demonstrate good understanding of numbers and data with strong analytical skill
• Good command of English and Thai
• High degree of accountability & responsibility
