About this position

The E-Commerce Business Analytics position involves analyzing data from digital commerce platforms to track performance metrics, optimize strategies, and improve user experiences, ultimately increasing online sales.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various digital commerce platforms (both current and new platforms), and customer databases to track performance metrics and KPIs.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to present insights on digital sales, customer engagement, conversion rates, and user behavior.
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize digital commerce strategies, improve user experiences, and increase online sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, D&A, and IT, to identify areas for improvement in the digital sales funnel.
• Analyze traffic, shopper journeys, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for increasing customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and analyze all campaigns performance across platforms including BAU performance to give recommendations and suggestions to optimize campaign performance.
• Provide ad-hoc & immediate support to the business when needed.
• Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to streamline processes, improve productivity, and minimize manual effort, ultimately reducing manhour and increasing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytic team to implement and maintain necessary digital commerce systems and integrations.
• Work closely with regional and global team to deploy new tools and dashboards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital commerce technologies, tools, and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a focus on digital commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, e-commerce trends, and the digital marketing landscape.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and e-commerce technologies.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Excel, Python, Dax and SQL.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly both Thai and English.
