Quality Assistant Manager (Quality and Environmental Management System)
About this position
The Quality Assistant Manager will assist in managing the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s ISO management system, ensuring compliance with ISO standards across all departments.
Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s ISO management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, PEFC).
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with ISO standards and requirements across all departments.
• Schedule, prepare, and participate in internal and external audits to ensure the organization meets the ISO standards.
• Develop and provide ISO-related training to employees at all levels to ensure a thorough understanding of standards and practices.
• Promote awareness of ISO policies and procedures to ensure company-wide compliance.
• Assist departments in understanding and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Act as the key contact for external auditors during certification or surveillance audits.
• Ensure all necessary corrective actions are implemented in response to audit findings.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ISO management systems.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
• Experience in leading internal audits and managing external audit processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
