About this position
The HRD Staff position involves conducting training needs assessments, developing training programs, and facilitating employee development activities to enhance organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Conduct training need survey and prepare training need survey summary report.
• Carrying out the current and future capability assessments and develop competencies the organization.
• Conduct training courses and employee development activities both in-house and/or external facilitators as planned and aligned Department of Skill Development (DSD) requirement.
• Create innovative learning courses and Design flexible learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
• Develop training courses as assigned and contact the instructor and training institute to create the course outline aligned with training requirement and competency.
• Driving a culture of excellence continuous learning.
• Facilitating learning intervention implementations.
• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
• Monitoring operations to meet various standard systems such as SOP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Analyze and prepare weekly training reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, in logistics, or other related fields.
• At least 1 year experiences in Training.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources Development tools and activity management.
• Skilled in technical trainer and soft skill trainer.
• Experienced with various standard systems such as SOP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
• Creative thinking, can-do attitude, interpersonal skills, service-minded and Team working.
• Good Interpersonal skill, communication and relationship building.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy. Able to speak and write Burmese or Cambodian will be given special consideration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, VIDEO editing Program.
