Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market position and drive sustainable growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation
• Lead the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
• Manage the brand's product portfolio, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to deliver integrated brand experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand's marketing strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive market growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content creation, and analytics
• Creative mindset and passion for developing innovative, customer-centric marketing campaigns
• Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
