About this position

Responsibilities

• Develops a comprehensive knowledge of Company products and procedures through on-the-job training activities
• Learns how to operate the Company's business system in order to perform required administrative functions
• Develops understanding of the production scheduling process
• Develops working knowledge of the budget and expenses control process
• Develops working knowledge of Continuous Improvement, efficiency standards, and safety
• Completes course and assignments as directed
• Prepare various reports as required
• Responsible for assigned project work
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related fields.
• Fresh Graduated
• Excellent command in Mandarin and English both written and spoken
• Strong interest to grow career in manufacturing / operations environment and able to work under pressure and business dynamic
• Strong leadership experience and potential; for example, had held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, voluntary work or other significant undertakings
• Ability to work in a team setting; has contributed to the achievement of a team's success
• Self-starter, fast learner and has a bias for actions and results
• Possesses strong analytical and problem solving abilities
