Assistant E-Commerce Manager
About this position
The Assistant E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining both existing and new e-commerce platforms, driving traffic and sales conversion, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Responsible of e-commerce plateform both existing and new
• Manage e-commerce platform both exiting and new
• Initiate platform tools to drive better traffice, and sale conversion to meet objective and KPI target
• Add new product listings and maintenance
• Change platform banner every campaign (Artwork by graphic team)
• Executing promotional campaigns and adjust price promotion in every campaign
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timly resolution of customer issues and comments
• Coordinate with different teams (Graphics, accounting, factory) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platform
• Coordinate with 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables in a timely manner
• Providing reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly to manager
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in E-Commerce business (FMCG Business).
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce plateform
• Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Good Computer Skill in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
