About this position

The Performance Marketing Executive at Ultima Markets will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, while continuously optimizing and reporting on campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram etc.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative variations, and targeting refinements to improve performance.
• Track and report on key metrics, and present insights and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor spending and provide regular updates on budget utilization and adjustments.
• Research and implement advanced targeting strategies to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools/technologies in performance marketing.
• Work closely with internal and external teams such as product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
• Communicate campaign progress and outcomes to stakeholders through regular updates and detailed reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO&SEM, and paid media platforms.
• Excellent in Thai and English communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
