About this position
Ultima Markets is seeking a Business Development Team Leader in the Fintech Forex sector to lead a high-performing team and drive sales strategies.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard a high-performing BDM team within the first month of employment.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of BDM professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed to ensure success.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to align team objectives with company goals.
• Ensure team members maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive team accountability and performance without relying on strict KPIs, fostering a culture of exceeding expectations.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and client event in the region, showcasing our offering and building brand awareness.
• Liaise with Head of Department on key management and operational issues to align strategies and objectives.
Requirements
• Proven experience 2+ years in FX/CFDs Sales. Experience in team leader or manager role is a plus.
• Ability to recruit and onboard a sales team within a 1-month period.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Fluent in English.
