Senior Business Analyst
About this position
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, managing investment reviews, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective financial operations.
Responsibilities
• Prepare information (journal entry, sundry invoice related) and collaborate with ACC Thailand to support month end closing on time and secure quality of financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and yearly actual production volume.
• Work closely with Operations Project Owner to the actual Capital Expenditure spending vs Estimate both industrial and product projects investment.
• Follow up CAPEX form and secure the asset capitalization on time and correctly report.
• Prepare monthly Operating expense report by functions.
• Manage industrial investment review forum (IIR - Initial Industrial Investment Review & PIR - Plant Investment Review) and support in reviewing the investment business case.
• Manage fixed asset process and procedure to have standardized controls by collaborating with Operations and ACC Thailand.
• Support in reviewing the internal control process related to fixed asset.
• Being PCMT (Project Costs Management Tool) key user in monitor transactions /error, maintain user access/authorization and perform UAT if any CR (change request) and others.
• Support business related to inventory.
• Provide information to support financial estimates.
• Be active as a business control team member, take part in working cross functional with Operations, UDT Finance & BC, and ACC (work on improvement processes, standardization and harmonized ways of working, best practice sharing).
• Other jobs as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / finance or relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of working experiences in business analyst.
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing will be advantage.
• Good Accounting knowledge.
• Understanding E2E process of Order to delivery, manufacturing, and its system overview.
