Responsibilities
• Lead & drive dealer revenue and profitability included all dealer KPI.
• Focus on customer satisfaction through services & parts solution.
• Develop competency & skill for dealer’s staff.
• Profitability of the local aftermarket business (workshop).
• Achieve assigned sales target for service and part for dealers within the assigned territory.
• Responsible for profit & loss (P&L) of the dealer.
• Lead dealer growth and profits by implementing brand “UD” sales and marketing programs, responsible for Workshop Business Plan and budgets.
• Drive & continuously improve dealership operation and KPIs achievement.
• Responsible for the most economical and most cost-efficient usage of resources, technical equipment and consumables.
• Analyze sales, expenses and inventory on each month to maintain profitable goals & the supply of replacement parts.
• Develop the competencies of local workshop employees.
• Plan the human resources in the workshop and achieve consistent high EEI.
• Provide effective leadership and engage in employee communications.
• Motivate and develop employees.
• Drive brand “UD” ranking as best in class in customer satisfaction within the industry and ensure dealer performed in accordance with WPP in terms of process/system and services delivery.
• Develop action plan to retain and recruit prospective customers of the dealers, especially via Service Sales.
• Develop and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Optimize quality regarding Vehicle Service and Repair.
• Responsible for Health & Safety at Work Compliance.
• Responsible for observing the legal regulations concerning occupational safety the prevention of accidents, control of health and safety at work, technical inspections and environmental inspections.
• Responsible for the facilities and the image of the workshop to be in line with DOS and other Quality System requirements.
• Able to conduct “LDS / Impact” system and “Aftermarket basic KPIs” training to Private Dealer up on request.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree of related field
• Possess a minimum of 10 years working experience of which 5 years in management level
• Good command of English
• Background in automotive or heavy equipment with dealership operation management skill
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, problem solving, result-oriented and customer focus.
• Strong people management, people development and team building skill
• Proven record of high standard performance in business, people, customer and financial management
• Strong Product knowledge
• Good in Business Acumen including financial management
