About this position

The Goods Receiving Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of goods, collaborating with the ACC team for secure payments, and supporting VEMB and returnable rack control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure goods receiving and feeding to the right place and right time.
• To cooperate with ACC team for secure payment.
• Support of VEMB and returnable rack control.
• Documentation checking for free zone regulation.
• Processing Goods Receiving in system and manual.
• Update prof of delivery to secure process of transportation.
• Reconcile shipment and check abnormality in system (GILM, MACS, NTRP, ATLAS).
• Prepare invoice and reconcile shipment to accountant for payment.
• Prepare UCR report and documentation for customs amendment process and follow up.
• Perform internal document (General document, tag reject etc.) support and cooperate with XF team.
• Update and perform to solve issue for mismatch from account and material control or other function request.
• Update location and finish transaction in system for rejected part, general document, etc.
• Work safely and minimize affect to environment according to work instruction.
• Keep informed and suggest for safety and environment actions.
• Perform according to the safety and environment rules and use safety equipment properly.
• Summary KPI, issue by weekly and monthly report.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Warehouse, Administration.
• Able to use basic program and Microsoft office warehousing and purchasing software.
• Good communication and team working.
• Fast learning and continue us improvement.
• Good Knowledge in MACS, GILM, NTRP.
