About this position

The R&D Supervisor (Slaughterhouse) position involves overseeing the development and improvement of products, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating communication between various teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide costing reports of new and improved products to the R&D person-in-charge.
• Issue specifications for raw meat, ingredients, packaging, and product standards that ensure productivity and cost-savings benefits.
• Works closely with Production and QA teams in ensuring that quality is maintained and always observed during actual operations.
• Responsible in the product commissioning of new products and technology transfer to Production and QA team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences, Food Technology or new product development or related fields
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Food Industrial
• English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), creative and excellent communication
• Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power point, SAP data base system)
• 5 Working Days /Week (Mon-Fri)
