Responsibilities
• Coordinate administrative paperwork, managing schedules, and communicating relevant information with internal stakeholders (Sales Ops, CS, NPD, LTO, Supply Chain, etc.) and external stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for after-sales support.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related, tracks, store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reporting company format.
• Assist the manager in managing complaints from external stakeholders and following up with internal stakeholders.
• Assist the line manager to track sales performance progress, updates data and identify shortcomings and other responsibilities assigned.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track Sales and Orders.
• Track approvals/sign off and send back to customers.
• Tracking and updating summary report of volumes on monthly basis vs AOP.
Requirements
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be an added advantage.
• Possess basic understanding of food business exports, its dynamics with minimum two (2) year's exposure with proven track record is preferred.
• The successful candidate must be a team player, driven, self-starter, well organized with high attention to details with an aptitude in problem-solving, excellent interpersonal skills, networking, ability to work independently, pro-active and creative in getting assignments completed is required for this role.
• Fluent communication skills in English (oral and written) and ability to converse/communicate in regional national language and/or dialects are an advantage.
• Conversant with presentation and analysis tools as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Words and PowerPoint is required for this role. SAP or JDE knowledge is an added advantage.
