The Recruitment Supervisor (Temporary Contract) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that staffing needs are met with quality candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process to ensure fulfill headcount with quality and timely.
• Understand their staffing needs and job requirements to identify the right candidates.
• Interviews to assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Update and analyze recruitment data, formulating & executing recruitment strategies and assessment of hiring effectiveness.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in recruiting field.
• Proficiency in Computer literate.
• Familiar with all online recruitment channels.
• Negotiation, good problem-solving skill and high responsibility.
