Recruitment Manager – Corporate & Supply
About this position
Our Recruitment Manager will work closely with our stakeholders and recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. Successful candidates have strong analytic, strategic thinking skills and proven experience in end-to-end process for blue and white collar recruitment. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation, be computer literate and have ability to communicate clearly in English. This role will be based in our Ongkharak and Lamlukka plants, report to the Senior Manager Talent and Acquisition and lead a team of recruiters, recruiting for daily workers and permanent employees.
Responsibilities
• Handles all the end to end recruitment and facilitates the selection process in accordance to the established procedures & processes for the followings.
• Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various effective channels and tools to attract best fit candidates.
• Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure right attitude and personal values to the organization.
• Work closely with HRBP to get manpower needs and make into manpower planning (Demand and Quota for Non Thai worker).
• Make appropriate recommendation to the Line Manager and HR Business Partner on candidate selection.
• Set the recruitment plan for both Thai and Non Thai worker.
• Promotes awareness of company's Branding in the job market by engaging in Campus recruitment, Job Fairs, Career Expo, Open House Promote and all means of social networking.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with governmental institutions, outsourcing agency for recruitment purpose.
• Handles all process of staff resignation, exit interview and sending the information to all concern parties.
• Evaluates the performance of agency periodically.

Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding in manufacturer environment.
• BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field.
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and pro-active working style.
• Good service minded and able to work under pressure.
• Proven experience as talent acquisition manager.
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
• Excellent communicator.
• Well-organized.
• A leader and strategic thinker.
• Good command of English both in spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, HR application.
