About this position

The Operational Excellence Specialist - Feed Mill & Agriculture (CI) is responsible for coordinating activities related to the operational excellence program, implementing continuous improvement projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all related activities of the operational excellence program.
• Closely works with the heads of production and production teams to implement continuous improvement projects.
• Help to develop the Continuous Improvement Culture and projects across the company.
• Control all related KPIs, understand and propose actions for the deviations.
• Ensure cohesive and harmonious relationships between the production and other departments through regular and open communication between staff personnel.
• Ensure strong support and give sound and concrete suggestions and ideas for production improvements.
• Responsible for the establishment of a strong working relationship with all concerned departments.
• Develop and help to implement Operational Excellence and continuous improvement projects.
• Assess and identify opportunities, quantify benefits, and direct involvement with site project deployments and assessment.
• Optimize the routine management to free up additional man-hr.
• Manage Redzone production system and data analytic dashboard.
• Report ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Admin, Food Science, Food Technology, or related areas.
• At least 5 years in a Production unit and Food Factory from a multinational company is highly desired.
• Strong Data Analysis, Statistical, and interpersonal skills.
• Process Excellence skills & experience Lean / Six Sigma certification is highly preferable.
• At least 2 years leading Operational Excellence and/or Continuous Improvement projects.
• Understanding of concepts, application, and implementation of Yield, Labor, Capacity utilization, Efficiency, & Cost improvements.
• Ability to lead highly skilled professionals who always provide technical and managerial support.
• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge and knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
• Can-do attitude & Result oriented.
• Excellent English, both oral and written.
