About this position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of machinery in the factory, ensuring efficient operation and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Control and responsibility for the machinery in the factory about the maintenance of the machinery in the part of machinery used in process production line.
• Plan maintenance for machinery in the factory.
• Reduce the problem of machine downtime.
• Control inspect the work of external contractors who come to work in company for maximum efficiency.
• Prepare documents for the team to support various system and audit. Contract supplier for price of repair work, spare part, material used in repair to work.
• Prepare the machines that will be used in daily production and help the production line meet the daily worker targets to OEE meet the target.
• Skill in SAP Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in machinery in food industries.
• Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Process improvement, Project improvement, Maintenance machine in food process.
