About this position

As the FP&A Manager, you will be working very closely with MD, functional heads, GBU to drive KPIs. You are responsible as part of TH cluster Team with full spectrum of Poultry business from End to End (Feed/Farm/Slaughter/Further Processing). Providing overall financial support and work closely with the business to help formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business. The role requires the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, attention to detail, and consistently accurate, high quality financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Act as business partner for Tyson Poultry Thailand to MD and Functional Lead to enable decision making, driving efficiencies and KPIs. Provide insights and analysis to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
• Prepare company's annual budget as well as monthly/quarterly forecasts, primarily by working closely with functional leads and cross Finance Functions (Commercial Finance/Supply Chain Finance/Costing/Accounting).
• Lead weekly/monthly/Quarterly performance review and analysis, identify variations from budget plan and provide insight rational to management and GBU enabling risk & opportunity management. Ensure high level of financial projection accuracy.
• Support Cluster consolidated financial submission on weekly/ monthly basis. Ensure high level of quality, accuracy and on time submission. Manage review and submission calendar & agendas.
• Lead SG&A monitoring and review with functional heads. Make suggestion/ create effectiveness on spendings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant field.
• 5+ Years of experience in FP&A or Business Finance Partner within Poultry or FMCG industry.
• Solid knowledge in MS Office skills such as Excel and ERP such as SAP is advantageous.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy & consistency.
• Excellent organization & planning capabilities and high work standards.
